Magnetic Fields

Stage work
Magnetic Fields evokes the complexity of the universe in a hypnotic sextet where each movement and gesture resonates through the space, influencing the group and captivating the audience. A mesmerizing dance that flits between order and chaos.
Chorale

Film
In the distinctive ambience of a nightclub, 20 performers convey the raw, vital pleasure of dance in a single breath. The camera captures their every movement as they are carried away by pulsating music.
Choir

Immersive installation
Life-size images of 12 performers are projected on a huge 360° screen, enhanced by superimposed layers of sound in a heightened reality. The installation plunges audiences into the very heart of dance, each personally experiencing this visceral experience.
Rhapsodie

Stage work
Propelled by the indomitable energy of 20 dancers, Rhapsodie celebrates the life force of beings who give themselves fully to the moment, a complete, passionate surrender of the body to the dance. A human eruption that strikes home with full force.
Preludes

In situ
Twenty performers surge through the urban space. Surrounded by the audience, the rapid pacing of this large ensemble work, at times hypnotic, creates a trance-like effect, a sense of primal dance. A ritual that unfolds in two in situ works.
Le Grand Continental

Participatory work
In situ
This work brings exhilarating line dancing to life as it joins with the fluidity and expressiveness of contemporary dance. When Sylvain Émard took on the challenge of this unlikely marriage, he had no idea how big the phenomenon would become. Performed by people from all works of life, the piece has been thrilling audiences around the world since its début in 2009.
Le Petit Continental

Participatory work
In situ
Any municipality can offer its residents the opportunity to experience Le Grand Continental in a condensed format. Over the course of 8 rehearsals, 50 participants learn a ten-minute portion of this joyous choreography.
